Dear Parents and Students,
Encouraged by my late father, Shri Banna Lal Choudhary, I overcame the lack of good-quality education in Toda Rai Singh against all odds and was able to become an engineer by moving out of my district. Quality education in Toda was a prime focus area for my father, and in keeping with his dream, this project has been launched. We have taken significant steps to bring quality education to the needy students in our backward rural area of Toda Rai Singh by constructing a world-class school, aptly named “BLISS,” which will play a major role in enabling our children to compete with the best in the country.

I commend the engineers, construction workers, and support staff for providing us with this fabulous and spacious school building complex. I also congratulate the faculty and staff of BLISS for helping us take the first step toward providing quality education that will empower our children for life and make them responsible citizens.
